For two days I have attempted to get the PD for my husband's prescription and Davis Duehr Dean Eye Care in Portage, WI REFUSE to give me the number because it is not apart of the the prescription. However, when I call Dean insurance they say it is apart of the prescription because if I ordered glasses from them it would be on file. Originally we were going to order glass but then at the tune of $ 560.00 we can't afford that. I was talked to disrespectfully from Lynn, Jessica, and Kyle (optical manager). Now I have to spend additional money to get a PD number. Davis Duehr Dean's solution was to take a millimeter ruler and stand in front of my husband and measure from pupil to pupil and submit the number that way because they didn't want to be held liable. We are no longer using this business for our eye care times 3. Then Portage business wonder why they have loss of business and their customers go to Madison or else where.
Everyone was super nice but... I had surgery scheduled with one doctor and few days before my surgery he was no longer with the company so I had to switch and start completely over,and in the meantime our insurance change so I had to pay another deductible

They are extremely expensive, and you have to call a month and a half in advance to get an appointment. I recommend going somewhere else.
