My daughter was a recent patient at Aspen and was only seen once. We had to cancel a couple times. Once due to her being sick and the second due to a scheduling conflict. I recently called to make myself an appointment and I was told that because my daughter had two last minute (mind you, only one was "last minute" as she was sick and the second was NOT last minute) cancels she could not be seen there any longer and that also applied to me as a new patient. This was, to say the least, very disappointing to hear. Not only as a new patient, but also as a former employee. In the past I have always highly recommended Aspen to friends, family, coworkers, etc., however, I don't feel as inclined to recommend them any longer. Speaking as someone who is struggling in life with anxiety and depression it saddens me how easily one can be turned away from possible help for such a ridiculous reason.
