Buying experience was pretty good. They were determined to get us in a vehicle. Got the best price I found even checking Auto Trader and Car Gurus. The Carfax on the vehicle showed consistent maintenance, no accidents and 1 owner. Financing got us a good interest rate too. I would recommend.
Don't buy a vehicle from them especially a used one, I bought mine just left and went out to eat just down the road I come out and walking towards it I unlock it and here one of the headlights isn't working, I go straight back and tell them and (check the rest of the lights too) and here the lights on the mirrors aren't working, they say it needs new mirrors after they look at it, I don't even make it home and the check engine light comes on so I stop at oreillys and they say it's the dpf sensor (it's a diesel so the diesel particulant filter) so they tell me to come back down and long story short they don't wanna pay to replace the mirrors or fix the exhaust. So I'm still in the process of trying ta get the exhaust fixed. Wouldn't refer my worst enemy to them.

The service department there was a lifesaver. We lost our keys at mount Olympus and they are the only ones that would help us. We called everyone we could think locksmiths and other dealers nobody would return our call. Portage closed at 4 and we couldn't get there till 4:30 and they stuck around till almost 5:30 to get us back on the road. Best place ever.
Calls you unnecessarily about getting a quote on your used car. I don’t even have a used car, in fact I lease. Claim they can’t take me off their call list. They sound like scammers trying to get your money and do not listen when you say you don’t have a used car, continue to say that if you bring in your car they can quote you for trade in value. As I already told them I lease they continued to try and tell me I can bring it in for a quote. ????. Idiots. Wish I would have gotten the name of the man on the phone who told me they have no way to stop calling me, ridiculous!
