Calls you unnecessarily about getting a quote on your used car. I don’t even have a used car, in fact I lease. Claim they can’t take me off their call list. They sound like scammers trying to get your money and do not listen when you say you don’t have a used car, continue to say that if you bring in your car they can quote you for trade in value. As I already told them I lease they continued to try and tell me I can bring it in for a quote. ????. Idiots. Wish I would have gotten the name of the man on the phone who told me they have no way to stop calling me, ridiculous!
Friendly and down to earth staff. They got us the best deal on the vehicle we were looking for. Norma in finance is wonderful. She was determined to get us the best rate and she did.
My experience dealing with Mark in the service department was great, he arranged things on the schedule so I was able to get my tires rotated while at my dentist appointment. I was given a ride to my appointment and picked up after. This saved me from having to sit and wait for my vehicle and an extra trip in to town. Thanks Mark.
