It's mobile home park what do expect you own the mobile home but you must lot rent
The people in charge are less than nice and in my opinion are RUDE
Overall ok to work with. However tenants don't seem to be treated equally.
Lived there once. Place is a dive
It is a place where people live in trailer houses. Low land so the grass gets soggy. It's a place to call home.
