Stayed for a week and had excellent care. Had lots of exams no problems.
So I went to refill my monthly prescriptions instead of Dr's name being on prescriptions it had the receptionist name pharmacist asked me who that was. How do I know. They called me said it was ready for pickup its on a weekend can't fix it till Monday and Im out of medicine. Fricken ridiculous!
This place is bottom of the barrel. Crazy long wait times and rude/uncaring doctors. Avoid Dr. Toijala. Does nothing but roll her eyes and act rushed. Terrible terrible experience.
Just completed 3 months of chemo
I went to see my doctor about my birth control concerns. I was in and out of there in 5 minutes. She didn't ask me any questions or give me any information. Pretty much "you want it out, okay. You want the patch okay here's your prescription bye." It was so impersonal and I felt like she didn't want me there. The front desk forgot to set up my next appointment and I had to call later to set that up. And I couldn't get it out for 2 weeks! I'm changing to a different doctors office. Hopefully they don't treat me the same and they actually listen to my concerns.
