I went specifically to buy a port wine. There was an employee (Joe) working in one of the isle of the wine. So, rather than run around in circles trying to find the Port, I figured I would just ask him.
I have been disappointed with your store. Prices are higher, so I mostly just shop for your sale items. Then I have not always gotten the sale price. Today was really bad. Ad in paper today for today only (12-1-17) that had good buys. When I got to store the employees had no idea that you even had this coupon sale. One guy even came up and asked if he could see the ad that I had and said he would have to go back and inform others about the sale. Wow!
Hard to find ideas because nothing was labeled. Then at checkout I was not given the full credits I should have gotten. I figured it up and it was over $14 overcharged. Not happy. I will keep trying to shop here as I don't want Wal-Mart to take this business down too. So please get things corrected so we can enjoy this store.
Prices on many items are $1 higher than Pierce's. One time they had some weird brand boneless chicken on sale for $2.99 per pound so I looked for the brand I like...it was $9.99 per pound! Chicken! I'm not sure why someone said the selection is good...I've noticed much less selection as far as options and brands. The sections of items are a lot smaller. I'm not impressed with this store at all. The quality isn't as good as Pierce's...nor are the prices. I don't know if it'll ever get better, but I am going to have to shop elsewhere. I've gone there 4 or 5 times trying to give it a chance and each time I go...I seem more disappointed.
He said, "Uh, I think it's over there" pointing to the isle I'd all rady been in. Thought I had missed something so I looked again. Nope. Not there. So I ended up going isle by I to find it, while Joe just went about his business marking prices or something. I ended up finding it in the SAME isle Joe was in. He never asked if I had found it or need more help. Bad customer service Joe! I will buy my booze elsewhere!
Great fresh food options available. Good sale prices but a little expensive on regular pricing. Very clean and well stocked.
Nice story, higher end. Staff is helpful and friendly. Only problem I have seen was tonight when I walked out and saw this. It would be real nice if this issue was taken care of. I don't like buying my produce where it looks like Arachnophobia was filmed. Gives me the heebie-jeebies. In the picture you can't even see all of them.
